Metro Worx Properties is a partnership between the founders of Wee Community Developers, Inc. and Arcya Commercial Corporation. Arcya Commercial Corporation has over 20 years of experience in the real estate leasing business, offering a wide range of leasing options including The Echelon Tower in Malate, Manila, Citihub in Mandaluyong City, Kisad Peak in Baguio City, and Casitas de Sta. Rosa in Sta. Rosa, Laguna. Since 2018, Metro Worx has been building homes in the Philippines that are both desirable and affordable. Last 2020, our project Harbour Park Residences won an award for Best Affordable Condo Development (Metro Manila) at the 8th PropertyGuru Philippines Property Awards—making the collaboration of Wee Community Developers and Arcya Commercial a development company to watch out for.
